Retail Account Assistant / Retail Account Executive (Entry-Level)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Account Assistant to support our retail partners and sales team. This entry-level role is open to fresh graduates and individuals with little to no experience who are eager to build a career in retail account management. You will help coordinate sales activities, monitor store performance, and support merchandising and promotional programs to ensure strong retail execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with retail store teams and buyers.
• Support the presentation of new products, promotions, and updates to retail partners.
• Monitor product availability, merchandising standards, and in-store promotional setups.
• Gather sales data and prepare simple reports for internal review.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams on retail activities.
• Track market trends and competitor activity across assigned stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and adaptable.
• Basic organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
