Sales Supervisor

What you'll be doing;
- Supervise and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Help develop and implement effective sales, strategies and action plans.
- Help monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and guidance to the team.
- Help develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for each market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
What we're looking for;
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the commercial kitchen or HORECA industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating
- sales teams to exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiationskills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using sales CRM and data analysis tools.
- Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.
