We're Hiring: English-Speaking Customer Experience Voice Agents
E-Commerce Customer Service | Onsite | Pasig City
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Voice Agents / Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. If you have strong English communication skills, at least one year of inbound customer service experience, and a background in e-commerce customer support, we encourage you to apply!
In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, address inquiries and concerns, and provide accurate, timely, and professional support to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and assist customers with their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Support customers with e-commerce-related concerns, including orders, payments, transactions, and platform issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of communication and customer satisfaction.
- Follow established company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure proper case handling and follow-through.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, active listening, and ownership when resolving customer concerns.
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate.
- At least 1 year of inbound customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant e-commerce customer service experience.
- Applicants must indicate the e-commerce platform or platforms they have previously handled in their resume or application.
- Strong English communication skills, with clear pronunciation and professional verbal delivery.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Pasig City.
