OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVES (LOCAL INSURANCE ACCOUNT) - ONSITE

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our growing Local Insurance Sales Team. The role is responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, engaging potential customers, presenting insurance products, and converting leads into sales.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Experience selling insurance products is highly preferred, particularly in Personal Accident Insurance, Travel Insurance, Gadget Insurance, or other local insurance products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Introduce and promote insurance products to potential clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Generate sales opportunities and convert leads into policy sales
• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
• Follow up on interested prospects and existing leads
Sales Performance & Target Achievement
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities
• Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and opportunities
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities
• Participate in sales coaching and performance improvement initiatives
Customer Service & Compliance
• Provide accurate information regarding insurance products and coverage
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• College graduate or completed at least 2 years of college education
• Previous outbound sales experience is required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish customer trust
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
• Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience selling Personal Accident Insurance
• Experience selling Travel Insurance
• Experience selling Gadget Insurance
• Experience selling Local Insurance products
• Background in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales campaigns
• Insurance industry experience is highly preferred
• Experience working in a call center or sales environment
