We are looking for experienced and results-driven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team.
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales opportunities.
This role is ideal for sales professionals who are motivated by performance-based earnings, enjoy building customer relationships, and have a strong background in B2B sales, cold calling, and telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to identify and engage potential business customers.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
• Present products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Handle objections and effectively communicate value propositions.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities through CRM tools.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and team members to improve performance.
