Local Account | Customer Service Representative

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for a local banking/financial account
- Assist customers with inquiries such as account details, transactions, payments, and basic troubleshooting
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain professionalism when communicating with customers (mostly Tagalog/Taglish)
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards
- Encode and update customer information in the system
- Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no call center experience (CCE)
- Good communication skills in Tagalog and basic English
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig
- Amenable to shifting schedules (including night shift)
- Can start ASAP
