- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach methods such as cold calling and email campaigns.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing relevant product information.
- Continuously analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Sales Management, Sales Support, and Cold Calling techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage the sales process effectively and achieve sales targets.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a results-driven attitude.
