Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Associates to join our team for an insurance campaign. In this role, you will proactively reach out to customers, promote insurance products, and support policy sales and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote and sell insurance products through proactive sales campaigns.
- Assist customers with policy-related inquiries and policy conservation activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication at all times.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course.
- At least 1–2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in proactive campaigns.
- Experience in insurance back-office operations (e.g., policy sales, policy conservation) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
