Auto Finance Support Officer

What is this role about? The Finance Support Officer is in charge of the validation of collections/payments through the Online Bank Statement and other payment channels, daily issuance of receipts, collecting due and overdue accounts from the Banks and Financing Companies. Updating the said collection-related information to the BYD LU Sales Transactions monitoring tool.
What will YOU do?
- Check and validate collections/ payments to ensure that the payment is accurately recorded
- Prepare completeness of the Sales and Collections monitoring tool to provide correct information to the Internal Customers and Accounting
- Collect due and overdue accounts and update the Customer's account status accordingly to collect and record the payments
- Perform account's reconciliation and communicates with Internal and External Customers to ensure that the customer's account status is within the lead time
- Facilitate Corporate bank accounts to be used in the business
- Ensure timely process and settlement for all types of disbursement
- Updating of bank balance for cashflow monitoring and management
What will YOU need?
- At least 6 months of finance experience in auto industry
- Graduate Accounting, Finance, Management or any other related courses
- Willing to travel domestically for work assignments
- Preferably with experience in car dealership transaction
