Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) — Turn Numbers Into Decisions

We're looking for an experienced FP&A professional to partner with business leaders, sharpen the insights we deliver to stakeholders inside and out, and directly drive financial and operational performance.

What you'll own
You'll partner with Executives and the Sr. Manager of FP&A to evaluate and drive business unit performance — across sales forecasts, sales budgets, margin analysis, and Opex reporting. You'll lead the monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with stakeholders, and build the action plans that don't just hit targets but beat them.
You'll manage the development of monthly financial close, planning, forecasting, and reporting models — and keep innovating them, communicating clearly with your business partners along the way. Using the company's ERP, Essbase, OBI (Oracle Business Intelligence), and Excel, you'll create sales, operational, and management reports that are clear, accurate, and genuinely actionable.
And you'll be a force for making things better — working directly with the Sr. Manager of FP&A to identify process improvements and cost-savings initiatives, with a real opportunity to take the lead on building out automated reporting. Plus other reporting and special projects as they come.
You'll thrive here if you have
A good-to-excellent command of English
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
5+ years' experience as a Financial Analyst
A data science / data analytics background (preferred)
Familiarity with EPM or Essbase
Financial software experience, specifically Tableau
A strong grasp of business partnership and delivering P&L analytics
Budgeting and management forecasting experience
Comfort communicating day to day with US or European counterparts at leadership level
