Description - Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment systems.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts, including job postings and social media outreach.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,Psychology or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or a related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Working Schedule : Mondays-Saturdays 8:00AM-5:00PM
