- Job Summary:
- The Inventory Warehouse Staff will ensure the accurate management of stock and inventory within the warehouse. This includes receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory to maintain efficient operations and support the overall supply chain process.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Accurately record stock levels in the inventory management system.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations for easy retrieval.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and package orders for dispatch based on customer or business requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or overstock issues to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or scanners (if applicable).
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operations
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in warehouse management is an advantage.
- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if required.
