- Maintain and organize files and records.

- Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow within the department.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees may be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar software).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
