- The Dining Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. Duties include taking orders, serving food and beverages, cleaning tables, and assisting with various dining operations.
- Greet customers and assist them in finding a seat.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about food items.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist with basic food preparation and stocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and operate a POS system if required.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift light to moderate loads.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage
