Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Assistant Manager to lead and manage sales operations for a Travel program. The role requires strong expertise in outbound sales, team leadership, coaching, performance management, objection handling, and conversion strategies.

The ideal candidate should be dynamic, proactive, energetic, and confident in managing sales leaders and driving team performance in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day sales activities within the assigned team.

• Lead and coach sales leaders, including Senior Team Leads and Assistant Managers.

• Drive outbound and inbound sales performance , conversion, revenue, and productivity.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve conversion and achieve business targets.

• Handle customer objections and support the team in developing effective conversion techniques.

• Monitor key performance metrics and create action plans to address performance gaps.

• Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and regular team performance discussions.

• Manage short-term operational activities and ensure timely execution of business initiatives.

• Identify process gaps and implement course corrections and process improvements.

• Manage workload independently while working within established business guidelines.

• Provide professional expertise and support to less experienced team members and leaders.

• Manage stakeholder communication and present performance updates as required.

• Build and maintain a high-performing, motivated sales team.

• Ensure consistent achievement of operational and sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of BPO Sales experience.

• 2–3 years of leadership/people management experience , preferably managing Senior Team Leads, Assistant Managers, or sales/operations leaders.

• Strong experience in Outbound Sales and Inbound Sales .

• Strong background in objection handling, sales conversion, and sales strategy.

• Proven experience in driving sales performance and developing high-performing teams.

• Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics, coaching, and action planning.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Must be energetic and engaging during the interview — this is a client non-negotiable requirement.

• Dynamic, proactive, and capable of developing strategies and implementing course corrections.

• Preferably experienced in Travel & Hospitality , particularly cruise lines or hotels .

• Must be available to start ASAP .

• Willing to work onsite at TP MOA .
