Accounting Manager

- Supervise and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures
- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payments, and customer billing
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate any discrepancies
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring they are properly trained and supported
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a financial accounting or reporting environment
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
