Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Assist in inventory management and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with suppliers and carriers to streamline logistics processes.
- Participate in process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
- Handles local purchasing including preparation of purchase orders and invoices and inventory of materials.
- Responsible for all company payables and disbursement as well as payments for suppliers
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Junior: atleast 6 months supervisory experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible and detail-oriented.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office.
