We’re looking for a Field Sales Supervisor who can combine hands-on leadership and strategic insight to drive sales success in the field. If you’re passionate about coaching teams, expanding market reach, and making a real impact in the financial services sector, we’d love to connect with you.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and develop a dynamic sales team through agent recruitment, coaching, and training.
- Set and monitor sales targets to ensure consistent achievement across assigned regions.
- Plan daily and weekly itineraries to maximize client coverage and engagement.
- Support agents in addressing field challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
- Oversee CRM updates, monitor commissions, and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to shape strategies and sales efforts.
- Collaborate with external agencies to strengthen partnerships and grow market share.
