JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong observation skills and attention to detail .

• Ability to remain calm, make quick decisions, and act responsibly under pressure .

• Good verbal and written communication skills for proper reporting and interaction with customers, visitors, and employees.

• Basic knowledge of security systems, CCTV monitoring, and alarm operations .

• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and function effectively as part of a team .

• Demonstrates integrity, honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers with parking, vehicle entry and exit, and proper parking area guidance .

• Assist customers and visitors in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner .

• Greet customers, visitors, and employees with a smile and courteous approach to provide a welcoming environment.

• Assist in opening and securing gates and entrances , particularly in the parking area.

• Conduct regular checking and inspection of the parking area, store surroundings, entrances, and assigned areas to ensure safety, order, cleanliness, and proper organization.

• Monitor the entry and exit of customers, visitors, employees, and vehicles when necessary.

• Conduct proper checking of employees' belongings and items in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Ensure that employee belongings and company property are properly monitored and accounted for when required.

• Implement and enforce company rules, policies, and regulations consistently, fairly, and professionally.

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems when assigned.

• Immediately report security incidents, suspicious activities, accidents, damages, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate supervisor or management.

• Maintain accurate and timely security logs, incident reports, and other required documentation .

• Assist in maintaining peace, order, cleanliness, and safety within the store premises and parking area.

• Assist customers and employees during emergency situations or other incidents when necessary.

• Coordinate with management and other employees regarding security concerns, customer assistance, parking concerns, and operational matters .

• Maintain a professional appearance, courteous attitude, and alert presence at all times while on duty.

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management or immediate supervisor
