Production Supervisor

- Oversee and supervise daily trucking operations
- Track delivery schedules, monitor route deviations, and report any delays
- Ensure smooth and efficient travel schedules for all deliveries
- Work closely with colleagues and drivers to provide route assistance and address operational issues
- Relay urgent instructions to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company procedures
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and operational standards
- Travel as needed to monitor and support trucking activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing or supervising trucking operations
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and operational standards
- Preferably able to drive a four-wheel vehicle and holds a valid driver’s license (1,2)
- Willing to travel as required
