Information Technology Officer

Key Responsibiities - Provide technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to IT infrastructure and systems.
- Maintain and manage computer systems, networks, and database systems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment and software.
- Document support interactions and solutions for future reference and training.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in IT technical support or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS, familiarity with networking concepts, and understanding of IT security principles.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
