Information System & Technology Head

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong leader who combines hands-on Software Development expertise with strong people management and business communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Software Developers and Infrastructure personnel.
- Provide technical leadership across internally developed systems and applications.
- Remain actively involved in Software Development, coding, and system design when needed.
- Guide the team in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining internal systems.
- Ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business requirements and organizational priorities.
- Provide direction on system architecture, development standards, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders and communicate technical initiatives effectively.
- Mentor and develop members of the IT and Development team.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Software Development and hands-on coding.
- Experience in system design, architecture, and internally developed/custom-built applications.
- Proven experience leading and managing Software Development teams.
- Strong technical leadership combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
