Accounting Officer

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cash flow.
- Assist in payroll preparation and expense processing.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal or external audits.
- Prepare and file tax documents and government reports as required.
- Support the Finance Manager or Accounting Supervisor with additional tasks and analysis.
- Maintain organized and secure financial documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology
- At least 3 to 5 years of general accounting experience preferably in Accounts Payable, Taxation and Bank Reconciliation
- Good oral and written communications
