Head Nurse

- Coordinates all clinical care activities to other departments to make sure to provide personnel, equipment, and facilities to be in optimal condition.
- Observes and evaluates nursing activities and the performance of personnel to determine whether they are meeting the desired standards.
- Formulates and recommends policies for improvement of resident care, participates in planning of personnel policies, and interprets the needs and interests of the clinical personnel.
- Performs training for newly hired clinical staff, evaluates, and recommends performance to the Clinical Management for onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- With master degree optional
- With 3–5 years of nursing experience, with leadership roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively and oversee patient care.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment and adapt to changing situations.
