Job Title: Company Nurse

Location: Pasay City (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

The Company Nurse is responsible for providing quality occupational health care to employees and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards. The role includes managing the company clinic, responding to medical concerns, and supporting health and wellness programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment and immediate medical attention for employees as needed.
• Maintain employee medical records, health inventory, and clinic supplies.
• Monitor and record daily clinic visits and medical incidents.
• Coordinate with affiliated hospitals and clinics for referrals or emergencies.
• Support the implementation of health programs, including annual physical exams, flu vaccinations, and health awareness campaigns.
• Conduct health and safety orientations for new employees and provide assistance during drills or safety inspections.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with DOLE and DOH occupational health requirements.
• Participate in workplace health and safety committees.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license (required).
• Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training for nurses or Safety Officer II certification.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a company or occupational nurse.
• Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and workplace health standards.
• Good communication, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
