Description - Lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of HSE practices and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff regarding HSE protocols and safety measures.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in HSE management roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to develop safety training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in various environments, including fieldwork and office settings.
