Job Title: Philippine Registered Nurse (Voice Account)
Location: MOA, Pasay (Onsite)
Job Summary:
- We are hiring Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRN) for a voice-based healthcare account. In this non-bedside, corporate nursing role, you will handle patient inquiries over the phone, provide health guidance, document interactions, and coordinate with internal teams as needed. This role is ideal for nurses looking to transition to a stable BPO healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient and healthcare-related inquiries via phone
- Provide guidance and support based on healthcare protocols
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Active PRC Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite in MOA, Pasay
- Amenable to night shift schedule
