A Client Relationship Development Representative (CRDR) plays a key role in establishing and nurturing strong connections with potential and existing clients. This role focuses on building rapport, identifying client needs, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth through relationship-building and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients.
- Understand the client’s business needs and challenges to offer appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct outreach, set appointments, and present company services effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Support the sales team in achieving growth targets through client engagement and relationship-building.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Confidence in presenting solutions and engaging with clients.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting clients in person.
