Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate focuses on expanding the company’s client base by identifying potential opportunities and establishing initial client relationships. This role supports the early phases of the sales cycle through research, outreach, and lead assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients, markets, and industries for growth opportunities
- Perform outbound prospecting and handle incoming inquiries
- Evaluate potential clients’ requirements and business challenges
- Provide an overview of the company’s products and services
- Coordinate introductory meetings with the Sales team
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM system
- Assist in executing business development campaigns and initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or customer engagement
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools
- Highly organized and results-driven
- Background in tech or service-oriented companies is an advantage
