Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated and proactive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market Growth Strategy & Expansion: Develops and executes market growth strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
- Product Development & Innovation. Leads the design, enhancement, and lifecycle management of financial products by ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with target market needs and business objectives.
- Customer & Market Insights . Generates actionable insights through market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior trends.
- Go-to-Market Execution & Performance Tracking: Drives successful product launches and market rollouts, monitors performance metrics, and optimizes strategies based on results.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Business Enablement: Collaborates with Business Heads, Finance, Risk, and Operations to ensure product viability, profitability, and operational readiness, while supporting execution teams with clear product guidelines and strategies.
- Portfolio Growth & Profitability Optimization: Monitors product performance and portfolio health by analyzing volume, revenue, and risk indicators, and implements initiatives to improve acquisition, retention, and profitability
