Senior Market Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the flavors, food additives, or Food & Beverage industry. The role focuses on business development, customer acquisition, and maintaining long-term client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 6 years of sales experience in flavors, food additives, or related F&B industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience handling diverse F&B customers
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and expand existing accounts
- Manage customer acquisition and relationship management
- Handle negotiations, presentations, and sales closure
- Achieve sales targets with high customer retention and low complaints
- Provide excellent service and strong product/technical support
Skills
