About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing and business development initiatives within the construction industry. This role is responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening key client relationships, and supporting project acquisition across the real estate, infrastructure, utilities, and energy sectors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and maintenance of key clients in the local market, continuously expanding and strengthening the company’s marketing network.
- Promote long-term, stable cooperation with leading real estate developers, water utilities/operators, and energy development enterprises.
- Track and collect target clients’ investment plans, project pipelines, and construction schedules; obtain high-quality project information in a timely manner.
- Conduct preliminary project assessments and organize internal information sharing to support strategic decision-making.
- Plan and implement marketing and business development activities for key clients, strengthening communication, visibility, and positioning within client organizations.
- Establish, maintain, and regularly update client and project information databases.
- Analyze client needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to support local market strategies and key project decisions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor/s Degree of Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Management and other studies.
- A seasoned professional with at least 10 years of relevant industry experience .
- Extensive experience in local market and business development, preferably gained through long-term roles with leading local construction companies, EPC contractors, or large-scale developers.
- In-depth understanding of the local owner and developer landscape, with prior employment or long-term cooperation experience with multiple project owners, development companies, or relevant investment institutions.
- Broad and stable industry networks, with well-established relationships with government agencies, major real estate developers, water utilities and operators, energy developers, and consulting firms.
- Proven ability to continuously access, evaluate, and develop project opportunities.
