Sales & Marketing Executive

Stafflink is growing, and we’re looking for a driven sales professional to help bring our outsourcing and staffing solutions to more businesses.
If you know how to sell outsourcing, build relationships with decision-makers, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Find and win new clients for Stafflink’s outsourcing and staffing services
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract
- Run discovery calls and presentations, and understand each client’s staffing needs
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms
- Work with the operations and recruitment teams to make sure we deliver on what we promise
- Support marketing efforts: LinkedIn presence, campaigns, events and lead generation
- Track sales activity and report on results
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience selling outsourcing, BPO, or staffing services (strongly preferred)
- A proven track record of hitting targets and closing B2B deals
- Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Excellent English communication, both written and spoken
- Self-starter who can work independently and own a territory or client list
- Marketing experience or digital/LinkedIn lead generation skills are a big plus
