The Marketing Technology Specialist is responsible for ensuring the Marketing & Business Development function operates efficiently by managing and optimizing marketing technology platforms, campaign execution, automation workflows, and operational processes. This role focuses on improving marketing operations through data management, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and passionate about leveraging technology to enhance marketing effectiveness while supporting change management and user adoption.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Marketing Automation, CRM, or similar functions.
- Strong experience managing marketing technology platforms, campaign execution, workflow automation, list segmentation, and data management.
- Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment , collaborating with global stakeholders.
- Proven ability to optimize marketing processes and support operational improvements.
