Senior Sales Executive

- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals.
- Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive and informed.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- 5–8 years in high-end product sales
- Strong client relationships in real estate/design/architecture
- Experience managing medium to large projects
- Value-based selling with design communication skills
- Salespeople from Poggenpohl, Poliform, Boffi, Häcker, SieMatic, Bulthaup, Scavolini can apply
- Real estate brokers with a design eye
- Luxury appliances, tiles, lighting salespeople with architect/designer networks
- Former interior designers or project managers transitioning into sales
