- At least 6 months Travel Account BPO experience
- Customer Service / Voice experience
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- Good English communication skills
- CEFR B2 required
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- With NBI Clearance

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to travel and hospitality services.
- Assist customers with reservations, travel-related requests, and account concerns.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow established processes.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
