Description - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to travel inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist clients in the planning and booking of travel itineraries, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, regulations, and available services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers.
- Utilize booking systems and tools to process reservations accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; further education in travel or hospitality is a plus.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of customer service experience in the travel industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a passion for travel.
