Business Development Associate

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing Sales Team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in B2B sales and client engagement.
You’ll be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting , working closely with Account Associates and Managers who will help you close opportunities and convert leads into projects.

- Identify and research potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
- Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, social platforms, and networking .
- Qualify prospects and set meetings for Account Associates and Managers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth meeting handovers and opportunity tracking.
- Support the creation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing and solutions teams to align lead generation efforts.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field (IT-related courses a plus).
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in making cold calls and handling client conversations.
- Organized, results-driven, and proactive in achieving targets.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Not Required but Nice to Have
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Background in the IT or technology industry .
- Familiarity with enterprise clients or long sales cycles.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation or sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems.
