What You'll Do
Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of business plans for one of the following business units:
- Brand New Machines
- Power Systems & Allied Products
- Rental & Used Machines
- Product Support
You'll be responsible for crafting strategies, tactics, and action plans aligned with Caterpillar and principal priorities to achieve:
- Business Unit Targets
- Market Share Growth
- Customer Satisfaction Excellence
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of any four-year course
- At least 7-8 years of relevant work experience
- Strong business development, sales, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
