Description - Assist in sourcing and procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation.
- Support vendor relationship management and coordinate communications.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, time management skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, customer service
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and contracts
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
