Procurement Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our team in Project 8, Quezon City. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain—managing purchase orders, handling vendor tracking, and utilizing basic commercial math to keep our inventory and costs optimized.
This position is for immediate hire. While we prefer candidates with some purchasing background, we are fully ready to provide comprehensive training for fresh graduates or career changers who have a sharp mind for numbers and a strong willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Orders: Prepare, encode, and process purchase orders (POs) accurately using our internal systems.
- Vendor & Inventory Support: Coordinate with suppliers, track shipment statuses, and ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Commercial Computations: Apply buy-and-sell calculations (such as markups, markdowns, and gross profit margins) to assist with cost evaluations.
- Fieldwork: Step out of the office occasionally to handle localized procurement tasks, supplier visits, or market checks as required.
- Data Management: Maintain clean and updated procurement records, invoices, and filing systems.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Procurement Assistant, Purchasing Clerk, or a highly similar role is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates & Career Changers Welcome: Prior experience is not strictly required. We are fully ready to train candidates who possess strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and a quick-learning mindset.
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Proficient in data encoding and navigating Purchase Order systems or ERP software.
- Strong familiarity with commercial math, specifically Buy and Sell Computations (markup, markdown, gross profit margins).
- Location & Availability:
- Willing to work fully in-person/on-site in Project 8, Quezon City .
- Flexible and willing to do occasional fieldwork outside the office when needed.
- Must be available to start ASAP .
