Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning & Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, search, email, and display advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using data driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Advertising & Promotion
- Plan, execute, and evaluate advertising and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and promotion agencies to ensure high quality and timely campaign delivery.
- Oversee content development for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Support promotional events to maximize reach and impact.
- Track marketing spends and ensure campaigns are delivered within approved budgets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fintech marketing is required.
- Strong background in digital marketing, including campaign management and performance analytics.
- Established professional relationship with promotion agencies in the Philippines is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
