Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Staff member to help promote our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate will assist in planning marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and supporting promotional activities to increase customer engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns
- Manage and update social media accounts
- Create marketing materials such as posters, captions, and advertisements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate promotional events and activities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Support branding and customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Basic graphic design skills are an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online marketing tools
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
