Marketing Manager ( Wellgold International Inc)

The Marketing Manager owns end-to-end marketing—from brand strategy and integrated campaign planning to creative direction, digital performance, trade marketing support, and sales enablement. This role ensures marketing initiatives translate into measurable growth (sell-out, store visibility, e-commerce conversion, lead generation) through tight collaboration with the Sales Team and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Growth and Strategy
- Build and execute brand and go-to-market plans for key product lines (e.g., personal care / health categories), aligned with revenue targets and channel strategy (modern trade, general trade, drugstores, e-commerce).
- Translate business goals into quarterly marketing roadmaps: launches, promos, campaigns, and always-on content.
Integrated Campaign Management (Digital + Offline)
- Lead campaign development end-to-end: insight, concept, creative production, channel plan, execution, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Manage brand presence across owned channels (website, social), paid media, marketplaces, and CRM/email.
Creative Leadership (Creatives + Content Studio)
- Own creative direction and brand consistency: key visuals, packaging storytelling, product pages, social content, videos, POSM, and PR materials.
- Manage creative workflow: briefing, copywriting, design, revisions, approvals, production timelines.
- Lead and develop creatives (in-house or outsourced): graphic design, video editor, content creator, photographer/videographer partners.
Trade Marketing & Retail Execution (Sales Enablement)
- Co-develop monthly/quarterly promo calendars with Sales: bundles, price-offs, sampling, store activations, merchandising pushes.
- Produce sales tools: sell sheets, product decks, training materials, pitch templates, and account-specific storylines.
- Ensure brand visibility and POSM readiness for field needs (displays, wobblers, shelf talkers, testers/sampling kits).
E-commerce & Performance Marketing
- Improve conversion across marketplaces/product pages through better creatives, listings, reviews strategy, and promo mechanics.
- Run performance initiatives (Meta/TikTok/Google where applicable): optimize for CAC/ROAS, lead quality, and conversion.
Influencer, Partnerships, PR & Community
- Build partnerships with creators, affiliates, KOLs, communities, and event organizers to strengthen credibility and reach.
- Handle PR support: product seeding, media kits, brand stories, event participation (as needed).
Marketing Operations, Budgeting, and Analytics
- Own marketing budget allocation and vendor management; ensure cost control and clear ROI measurement.
- Track performance dashboards (awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion, sell-out support metrics) and present insights to leadership and Sales
