Distributor and Marketing Manager

- Primary role : Create new distribution channels where we can distribute our products. Identify key areas where the opening of channels are ideal.
- Develop strategic & tactical plans/program to augment distributors’ sales.
- Do background check on which candidates are best to carry the brand.
- Leads the design and implementation of distribution campaigns to drive performance and growth of the company.
- Conduct market price surveys and competitor analysis to stay abreast of the latest market demand and business trends to provide competitive insights.
- Innovate new solutions to complex business challenges.
- Ensure that sales and distribution statistics are properly prepared, analyzed, interpreted and communicated to the management including competitive activity report.
- The candidate must be Degree Holder in Business Course, Arts, Marketing or related
- Can work onsite in Mandaluyong
- Can work immediately
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for building relationships with distributors and other stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and identify trends.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and distribution strategies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues within the distribution network.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Marketing Principles: Understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics.
- Knowledge of Distribution Channels: Understanding of different distribution channels and their strengths and weaknesses.
