- Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- Experience: 0–1 year of BPO experience (Newbies are welcome!).
- Communication: Good English communication skills.
- Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work onsite .
- Flexibility: Availability for shifting schedules and graveyard shifts is required.
Job Description:
- Manage customer questions and concerns across multiple channels—phone, chat, and email—with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information about troubleshooting issues, managing complaints, and offering tailored solutions to customers.
- Accurately record and update customer data and account details within the system.
- Follow company procedures and service standards.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all time.
