Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account access, transactions, and platform functionality.
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and user experience.
- Stay updated on Coinbase products, services, and crypto industry trends.
- Uphold Coinbase’s commitment to security, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with customer support platforms and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology (training provided).
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
