JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Filipino can speak, read, and write Spanish language.
- Can Communicate in English (Conversational).
- With Customer Service experience is a big Advantage.
- Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle and resolve support requests from end-users via phone and email.
- Accurately document all support interactions and activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
