Career Support Associate

As an Associate for Career Support, you will play a key role in assisting job seekers and driving successful job placements through the Jobley portal.

• Deliver on performance targets and initiatives designed to support job seekers.
• Advocate for and assist job seekers in their employment journey.
• Help candidates locate suitable job opportunities based on their skills and experience.
• Review, refine, and improve candidate resumes to enhance job matching success.
• Facilitate interview logistics and preparation for candidates.
• Communicate with job seekers and employers via phone calls, emails, and SMS .
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between qualified candidates and employers.

• Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in US Talent Acquisition , US RPO , or within a US staffing agency
• Comfortable engaging with hiring managers , directors , and potentially C-suite executives
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks across various tools and systems
• Excellent business English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Professional phone etiquette , with the ability to handle both inbound and high-volume outbound calls

Preferred:

• More than 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting
• Strong negotiation skills , including the ability to handle offer negotiations
• Experience in volume hiring , seasonal hiring , and managing niche recruitment campaigns
