Role Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, account inquiries, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the appropriate systems.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with teammates and support teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills in every customer interaction.

- Customer service background in financial services or non-life insurance preferred
- Detail-oriented in handling policy inquiries
- College graduates with at least 6 months of BPO voice experience in any account
- Willing to work onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig
